Ages 10 through 14 are encouraged to attend.

Are you and your child ready to step up to club soccer? Tryouts are the first part of that journey. There is NO COST or OBLIGATION to come and tryout. What we are looking for is basic skills, a desire to get better, and the ability to be coached. We would like all prospective players to try and attend 2 tryouts. Registration is required, either online or on site. Click Here for Maps

We have a way you can pay for your travel soccer fee’s  by shopping and buying gas. The Kroger Cares Program is now available to all members of SML Soccer. It’s a great way to help cover your club soccer expenses. Some families won’t even have any out of pocket expenses for fees and uniforms.

We also offer partial scholarships, payment plans, credit card payments, and you can apply to a Paypal Service called Bill Me Later, which offers no money down, 6 months interest free.

YOU CAN AFFORD CLUB SOCCER!

A soccer club is made up of several teams. Teams are created from kids from all over the county, not just a single school district. Players are placed on teams with other players their own age and sex. These teams compete against other clubs’ teams within the league. Club soccer is also know as travel soccer, but travel is usually held to our region which includes Bedford, Danville, Roanoke, Christiansburg, Blacksburg, etc. One key benefits of Club soccer is the certified and licensed coaches that offer a better and more complete training experience for your child.

WHAT IS CLUB SOCCER?

We are affiliated with the following Soccer associations and organizations. Why is this important to Franklin rec parents?
